All orders placed through https://studiopeptides.com are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after purchase and another notification once your package has shipped.
If there are any unexpected delays, backorders, or high-volume processing times, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Methods
Studio Peptide ships orders via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on your location and the most efficient delivery method available.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor delivery progress.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping method, weight, and destination.
Estimated delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days after dispatch.
Please note: delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, seasonal demand, or carrier delays.
4. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse location.
5. International Shipping
At this time, Studio Peptide does not offer international shipping.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Studio Peptide is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim using your provided tracking information.
We are happy to assist you in locating your package or providing documentation to support your claim.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
